Wah, lumayan juga, dengan modal kurang dari 20 euro, lakunya 50 euro. Eh, nemu ikan yang kayak ikan bawal.... Trus kemudian dimasak asam manis. Hasilnya??? Yang paling mengesankan buat saya adalah, cara menggoreng kentang dengan minyak seminimalis mungkin. Yah, menurut teman saya itu, memasak dengan minyak sampai bisa buat berenang itu tidak baik buat kesehatan :) hehehe. Kalo itu sih sebenarnya saya sudah tau sejak dahulu kala, tapi apa boleh buat...kayaknya ga mantep kalo goreng2 pake minyak dikit. Lha kok malah membahas soal minyak goreng. kupas, cuci, potong dadu&lt;br /&gt;- 1 siung bawang putih, keprek, iris halus&lt;br /&gt;- 1/2 bawang bombay, iris kotak&lt;br /&gt;- 1 butir telur ayam&lt;br /&gt;- 1 sdm minyak goreng&lt;br /&gt;- garam secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;- merica/lada bubuk secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara memasak:&lt;br /&gt;- panaskan wajan, masukkan minyak goreng&lt;br /&gt;- goreng kentang sedikit demi sedikit Tinggal diungkep sebentar dan masukkan ke oven, praktis...Ayam bakar ini cocok dihidangkan dgn sambal dan lalapan... Masukkan daging kambing ke dalam panci, masukkan air panas, masak sampai mendidih&lt;br /&gt;2. Buang air, tiriskan daging kambing&lt;br /&gt;3.  Tumis bawang merah/sjallote sampai harum, masukkan bumbu halus dan daging kambing,&lt;br /&gt;      aduk- aduk&lt;br /&gt;4.  Masukkan air, wortel, daun sereh dan daun jeruk biarkan sampai mendidih&lt;br /&gt;5.  Tambahkan potongan tomat dan daun bawang&lt;br /&gt;6. Tambahkan garam dan gula sesuai selera&lt;br /&gt;7.
